Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most items purchased through our website.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

For hygiene reasons, certain products such as pet grooming tools, feeding bowls, and bedding may not be eligible for return once opened.


How to Initiate a Return

  2. Approval & Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we’ll share the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

  3. Ship Back the Item: Pack the item securely and send it back to us using a reliable courier.

  4. Inspection & Confirmation: After we receive your return, our team will inspect it and notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.


Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
Please note:

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If your order was shipped with free shipping, a small restocking or return shipping fee may apply in certain cases.


Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we’ll happily exchange it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue so our support team can process your exchange quickly.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly after verification.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
